We are a BY-APPOINTMENT-ONLY hair salon.


We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please contact your stylist directly if canceling less than 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellation/no-show fees may be charged for longer appointments. We understand emergencies come up and always strive to be as accommodating as possible. Stylists' direct contact information is available next to their booking link.


Since individual hair needs are different, listed prices are approximate and vary with individual stylists. An overall service price will gladly be provided at the time of your consultation.



Due to health and safety reasons, we prefer that children and pets not be present in the salon during your service. Children receiving a hair service are of course an exception. We allow service animals.


Product exchanges will be gladly accepted within 14 days of purchase for salon credit only, credits may not be applied to services. Discounted products and candles/perfumes are final sales.


We are not responsible for items left behind or for damaged clothing due to salon service, robes are provided for your comfort and protection.


Any adjustments must be made within 2 weeks of service and scheduled with the same Stylist. This does not include a complete alteration of color or style due to a change of mind.


Please allow ample time for parking nearby, certain times of day can be more difficult. There are two-hour meters on the street, a public parking lot across the street from us, and 2-hour free parking on adjacent streets. The K and M metro lines run on West Portal and also several bus lines.
